Chess Valley near Latimer
Painted from a photograph taken in summer 2012. The day was one of the finest of the summer and the Chess valley walk was spectacular on that day, a beautiful peice of the English countryside. Picnicked under the trees.Painting took 3 evenings in the new garage 'studio'. Still in green phase. Unless totally addicted to green, I think this will change as the year turns.
