HS2 valley, Kingsash
Painted up on the ridge above Wendover Dean, at Kingsash. Sunday 28th August. Oilpaint on canvas. Looking across the valley where the High Speed Rail 2 will cut through. early morning light, turning into a bright and hot day, almost like summer. Deployed a 'small' brush at the end on Malcolm s advice. very happy with the result which I feel would sit very well with the Ivinghoe Beacon scene painted on 31st August, and could hang together on my living room wall. Missing my camara which was lost in Austria, as the camera in my phone is RALLY poor. Hence the low grade image, hope will replace with better latter on.
